“Ready-to-ship” dolls are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Custom orders usually take between 1 to 2 weeks to carefully paint, root, and cure before they are ready to travel home.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Because each reborn is a unique, handcrafted piece of art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We provide highly detailed, unedited photos and videos so you know exactly what you are adopting before you purchase.
